GreenMobility closes in Finland

GreenMobility is closing in Helsinki on January 31st to consolidate the business in our other existing strong markets.

We want to say a big thank you to our many users in Finland who have supported us since we launched in the market and saved a lot of CO2 along the way. We are deeply sorry about the inconvenience this may have on your everyday life.

After 31st of January 2024, our service will be available in Copenhagen and Aarhus in Denmark and in Antwerp in Belgium.

If you keep the GreenMobility app, you can still use our service when traveling to one of the cities mentioned above.

How long can I still drive with GreenMobility in Helsinki?

 

You can drive with GreenMobility until 31/01/2024 at 23:59.

Note that the availability of cars will be low and the zone will change as well.

I have prepaid minutes on my account. Can I get a refund?

 

If you have bought prepaid minutes and still have some left on your account, we encourage you to spend them on a trip before the closing date.

If you can’t spend all the minutes before this date, you can get a refund for the remaining minutes on your account.

You are welcome to reach out to our customer service at [email protected] if you want a refund. Make sure to send the email with the emailaddress you used to create you GreenMobility account with. Write the following in the subject line: REFUND FI.

I bought a package. Can I get a refund?

 

If you have bought an hour or day package, you still got some time to use it on a trip before the closing date.

If you regret buying the package, you can get a refund.

I won a prize from GreenMobility in a competition. How can I benefit from the prize?

 

If you have won a prize in a GreenMobility competition, we recommend that you redeem the hourly or daily package for a ride before the closing date.

Unfortunately, according to our terms and conditions, we cannot offer a payout of the cash value.

I want to delete my GreenMobility account. What do I need to do?

 

If you want to delete your GreenMobility account, you have to reach out to our customer service at [email protected]. Make sure to send the email with the emailaddress you used to create you GreenMobility account with. Write the following in the subject line: DELETE ACCOUNT FI.
