To create your account add your email and a password. Upload a picture of your driver’s license and a selfie so we can see that the photo on your license matches your selfie. Add your payment method. Our support will approve your profile within a few hours. If you want to drive immediately, you can call +358 9 42454754 for quick approval.

Reserve a car easily
You can find, reserve and unlock the car with the app. The app is the key hundreds of electrical cars, and always shows you the nearest car, and its battery level. When you’ve decided on a car you can reserve in the app. From the reservation the first 20 min are free and this time can be used for getting tot he car. After 20min the reservation costs 0,15€/min.

It’s easy getting around in a car
Unlock your reserved car with a single swipe. The car has automatic gear and you start it by stepping on the brake and pressing the “start” button – on the right side of the steering wheel. Place the shift in “D” and you can drive. You can take the car out of the zone, as long as you make sure to bring it back to a valid parking spot.

Free parking is always nearby
We offers you free street parking within our zone. We have also reserved a lot of VIP-parking spaces around the zone. These are called Hotspots. All the Hotspots can be found in the app. Here you’ll always find easy and free parking. Remember that you can only end your trip inside the zone.

Invite friends and get 30 minutes
You get 30 free minutes for each friend who signs up in our app with your unique code. You will find the code in the app under “My profile” and “Voucher”. Your friend just add the code into the app upon registration and also gets 30 minutes.
Earn minutes when charging the car
You can earn free minutes when the car is below 60% power by connecting the car to a charger. If the car has less than 60% power, you get 10 free minutes. If the car has less than 40% power, you get 15 free minutes and at less than 20% you get 20 min.

It is easy to get started. Charging, parking and insurance are included. We have all-inclusive prices that suits your needs. Whether you need a car for 2 minutes or up to 7 days. You can simply park the car at your destination when you arrive. It is easy to get started.
Earn free minutes
You can earn free minutes if the car is below 60% on its battery, by charging it. Earn up to 20 min by helping the next user and plug in a car for charging after your trip.
Car under 60% = 10 min.
Car under 40% = 15 min.
Car under 20% = 20 min.
The minutes will be added automatically to your account after the car is plugged in and the trip is ended. Find all Helen chargers here. Use Type 2 chargers.
