You pay for the minutes in advance, and can drive whenever you want. Choose between 75 minutes, 175 minutes, or 600 minutes. The minutes can be split up and used on different days. The minutes will be saved on your account for up to 12 months. Flexible!

Our new packages allow you to use all our electric cars, including our vans, from 1 hour up to 7 days. Are you planning a dinner in the city or an extended weekend at the beach? Then our cars are ready for both the shorter and longer trips. Be aware of the included km.

The prices below apply for our Renault Zoe’s. When using hour or day packages for driving our vans, a fee of €10 is added per package.

Buy the packages in the app menu called “Packages”. When you purchase a package, the package starts running when you begin your next trip in one of our cars. You get a confirmation text to notify you that your package has started. It’s not possible to buy two packages at once. The packages cannot be split up or used multiple times.

Hour and day packages have priority over prepaid minutes. If you already have prepaid minutes in your account and buy a package, your prepaid minutes will be saved for later.

If you drive longer than the kilometers or amount of hours or days included in the package, you can purchase a new package in the app. Otherwise, you drive for €0.39/min. and €0.39/km.

Reservation price after 20 minutes of free reservation: €0.15/min.
Fee added for hour and day packages used when driving vans: €10.

Loss of key: €300.
Loss of charging or parking card: €150.

Collection of lost goods and storage at GreenMobility (up to 1 month): €40.

General service fee (where we have to come on site to e.g. close the windows, …) : €40.
Light cleaning due to e.g. garbage/paper in the car: €100.
Heavy cleaning due to e.g. smoking/animals in the car: €300.
Misuse of charging or parking card: €650 + usage.
Needed extra cleaning of city car: depending on severity, minimum €60.

Drying of the car due to open window: €90.
Removing labels, foil, etc.: up to €250.
Damaged rim: €125.
Puncture: €200.

Drive nicely – for your own sake and for the ones you love!

Letting another person drive on your account: €250.
Driving without a valid driver’s license: €300.
Parking ticket: ticket price + administration fee (€15).
Speed ticket and traffic violation: ticket price + administration fee (€15).
Relocation of a car parked inappropriately inside the zone, e.g. in front of a private driveway, bus lane, construction site: €40.
Relocation of a car by GreenMobility outside the zone: €200.
Towing of the car by a towing company (due to the customers’ violation of rental terms):  depending on severity, minimum €300.
Towing of a car left with batterylevel below 5% by customers: minimum €300.
Service of car (only in case of customer’s own fault): depending on severity + towing.
