You pay for the minutes in advance, and can drive whenever you want. Choose between 75 minutes, 175 minutes, or 600 minutes. The minutes can be split up and used on different days. The minutes will be saved on your account for up to 12 months. Flexible!

Our new packages allow you to use all our electric cars, including our vans, from 1 hour up to 7 days. Are you planning a dinner in the city or an extended weekend at the beach? Then our cars are ready for both the shorter and longer trips. Be aware of the included km.

The prices below apply for our Renault Zoe’s. When using hour or day packages for driving our vans, a fee of €10 is added per package.

Buy the packages in the app menu called “Packages”. When you purchase a package, you have to manually activate the package in the app before you start your next trip in one of our cars.  The packages cannot be split up or used multiple times.

Hour and day packages have priority over prepaid minutes. If you already have prepaid minutes in your account and buy a package, your prepaid minutes will be saved for later.

If you drive longer than amount of hours or days or further than the amount of the kilometers included in the package, you can purchase a new package in the app. Otherwise, you drive for €0.41/min. and €0.41/km.

Starterfee, when choosing Bancontact as your payment method:
– €10 for which you get 50 minutes of driving in return.
– €35 for which you get 190 minutes of driving in return
Reservation price after 20 minutes of free reservation: €0.15/min.
Fee added for hour and day packages used when driving vans: €10.
Start/stop at Brussels Airport: €15.
Start/stop at Airport Antwerp: €5.
Start/stop at satellite P+R Wommelgem: €3.
Price for day rental without package: €200.

First invoice reminder: €15.
From the second invoice reminder: €15.
Pre-book Car: €10 (500m radius) / €15 (as close as possible to address) / €20 (at the airport).

Administration fee: €15.
Administration fee for damages: Between €35  – €675.
Intervention cost: ascending – €25 / €75 / €150.
Liability insurance: €5000 + €2500 (if another party is involved).
Reduce liability insurance to €150 (users older than 25) or €250 (users younger than 25): from €4.
Fee for violation of terms and conditions: depending on severity, minimum €300.
Fee for loss of revenue in case of damage and repair: €90 / day

Needed extra cleaning of city car: depending on severity, minimum €60.

Drying of the car due to open window: €90.
Removing labels, foil, etc.: up to €250.
Damaged rim: €125.
Puncture: €200.

Drive nicely – for your own sake and for the ones you love!

Letting another person drive on your account: €250.
Driving without a valid driver’s license: €300.
Parking ticket: ticket price + administration fee (€15).
Speed ticket and traffic violation: ticket price + administration fee (€15).
Relocation of a car parked inappropriately inside the zone, e.g. in front of a private driveway, bus lane, construction site: €40.
Relocation of a car by GreenMobility outside the zone (<50 km): €200.
Relocation of a car by GreenMobility outside the zone (>50 km) or from another country: €400.
Towing of the car by a towing company (due to the customers’ violation of rental terms):  depending on severity, minimum €400.
Relocation of a car left with batterylevel below 5% by customers: minimum €60.
Towing of a car left with low batterylevel by customers: minimum €400.
