Customer Service Agent – Dutch/Flemish speaking
We’re a green provider of electrical free-float car rental. GreenMobility A/S operates around 1600 cars across major cities in Europe (Denmark, Finland, Holland and Belgium). We offer users with simple, flexible, and sustainable transportation. The cars are located, booked and unlocked with our app. Users pay per use and simply leave the car at any destination within our zones. GreenMobility is listed on Nasdaq First North and have 100 employees.
Do you want to use your sense of overview and good spirit to assist with making the green transition run smoothly? We’re looking for a full time Dutch or Flemish speaking customer service agent at our office in Copenhagen. Speaking French, Danish or Finnish as well would be even better 🙂
As part of our customer service team you will be among young and dynamic colleagues. Here we work as a team and help the customers with their challenges. You do so through email, telephone, and chat. Besides assisting our many users with small and large problems around our service, there’s still room for fun, competitions and to end the week with a beer with your colleagues.
You must speak Dutch or Flemish and English for this role. If combined with French or Danish it would be a plus. The customer service team consists of 8 fulltime employees and around 10 part time. We service the Danish, Finnish, Dutch and Belgian market. Our office is in central Copenhagen near Kongens Nytorv.
The customer’s primary touchpoint is our customer service. They’ll contact us if they experience technical issues, find things in the car or simply have questions to how things work.
Coordination
You and your colleagues are responsible for a lot of coordination around our fleet of cars. You have the overview of where cars are located, their status and know which cars need charging etc. You’ll brief the Street Runner Team on their tasks, so the fleet is optimized at all time.
Empathy and overview
To excel in the role, you have a healthy amount of empathy and the ability to keep a cool head under pressure through calm overview. You will be your best when customers get the service they need and can get driving happily.
- In Dutch or Flemish, and English
- You are thorough, so all open cases are in order before you end your shift.
- You know your way around IT systems.
- You like a fast-paced environment with a lot of positive change happening all the time.
- You are solution oriented which helps to minimize number of conversations.
Schedule
Work hours for this role are Saturday and Sunday, every second week. So you will be working one weekend and the next weekend one you will be off. Length of shift are 8 hours, usually starting 9:30, 11:00 or 13:00. We are very flexible in swapping shifts and helping each other out.
Open shifts will regularly be up for grabs if you are interested in having more working hours.

I dag er vi omkring 100 medarbejdere og har hundredvis af bybiler, som man har adgang til gennem vores app. En del af teamet arbejder dagligt rundt omkring i zonen, hvor de sørger for, at bilerne står klar til brugerne. Resten af teamet holder til på kontoret i København K, hvor vi i de forskellige afdelinger arbejder for at nå vores fælles mål.
