GreenMobility closes in Sweden 31st of January

GreenMobility is closing in Malmö and Gothenburg on the 31st of January 2023 to consolidate the business in our other existing strong markets.

We want to say a big thank you to our many users in Sweden who have supported us since we launched in the market in 2020 and saved a lot of CO2 along the way. We are deeply sorry about the inconvenience this may have on your everyday life. 

The good news is that you can still use our service until the 31st of January. If you as a user have any free or prepaid minutes on your account, we encourage you to spend them on a great trip as soon as possible. 

After the 31st of January, our service will be available in Copenhagen and Aarhus in Denmark, Helsinki in Finland, Amsterdam in the Netherlands, and Brussels, Antwerp, and Ghent in Belgium. 

If you keep the GreenMobility app, you can still use our service when traveling to one of the cities mentioned above.

FAQ

For how long can I drive with GreenMobility in Sweden?

 

We close our business in Sweden on the 31st of January 2023. Until then, you can use our service. All trips will automatically end on the 31st at 11.59 p.m.

Note that some of the cars will be removed from the fleet during the remaining time period.

I have prepaid minutes on my account. Can I get a refund?

 

If you have bought prepaid minutes and still have some left on your account, we encourage you to spend them on a trip before the 31st of January 2023.

If you can’t spend all the minutes before this date, you can get a refund for the remaining minutes on your account.

I bought a package. Can I get a refund?

 

If you have bought an hour or day package, you still got some time to use it on a trip before the 31st of January 2023.

If you regret buying the package, you can get a refund.
