This means that the app will be <strong>unavailable from\u00a022:30 on the 23rd of March to 06:00 at the latest on the 24th of March.<\/strong> You will not be able to start new trips, end trips, buy packages, etc.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"300\" data-end=\"334\">Please plan your trip accordingly.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20pt;\">\ud83d\udcf2 Get the new app<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">From the <strong>24th of March at 06:00<\/strong>, you can download the new version of the GreenMobility app from the App Store or Google Play. Please update the app to access the new features and continue driving our electric cars! Here\u2019s everything you need to know about this smart new way to save:<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243; padding_right=&#8221;5%&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"41\"><strong data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1376\"><span style=\"font-size: 20pt;\">What changes?<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">In the new app, you can top up your profile with kroner instead of minutes. You can for instance, add DKK 300 to your profile to drive for but only pay DKK 249. This way, you get a discount on your trips \u2014 regardless of the car type you choose.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">When you top up your profile with Top-up kroner, they can be used as payment for all your trips. We multiply your prepaid minutes by DKK 5,50, which is our standard minute price. For example, if you have 200 prepaid minutes in your profile, they will be converted into DKK 1.100 in the new app.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20pt;\">New benefits with Top-up kroner<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"291\">In the new app, you can use your kroner to pay for trips in all car types, including Polestar and ID. Buzz in Copenhagen, which is a new and highly beneficial feature. Additionally, they can be used for trips in cars that already have a reduced minute price, allowing you to drive even more affordably.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"293\" data-end=\"422\">If you have activated an <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greenmobility.com\/dk\/en\/pricing\/\">hour or day package<\/a><\/span><\/strong> for your trip, your top-up kroner from your profile will not be used as payment.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20pt;\">Top up your profile and save<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"1012\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">In the app, under <em data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"733\">Wallet<\/em>, you can choose between three different amounts to add to your profile. Each option can be purchased at a lower price than the amount you receive. For example, you can drive for DKK 300 after paying only DKK 249. Need more time? You can easily extend your reservation in the app for <strong data-start=\"344\" data-end=\"375\">just 1 DKK per extra minute<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"41\"><span style=\"font-size: 20pt;\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"39\">\u2705 Filter on car models<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"41\">You spoke, and we listened! In the new app, it will now be possible to filter by car model, so you can easily find the car that fits your needs, for instance a Polestar 2, van, or ID. Buzz. Click the filter icon on the right side of the map in the app to see an overview of all available car models.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"41\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"39\"><span style=\"font-size: 20pt;\">\ud83d\udee1 Activate reduced deductible under profile<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"63\" data-end=\"389\">In the new app, you can choose to activate a reduced deductible under your profile. Once activated, the reduced deductible will apply to all subsequent trips\u2014as long as it remains selected\u2014except when using an hour or day package. In those cases, the reduced deductible is chosen during the purchase.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"523\">If you do not activate reduced deductible under your profile, you will still have the option to do so each time you start a new trip.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"733\">The price for reduced deductible on regular trips remains DKK 29, lowering the deductible from DKK 5,000 to DKK 500. For hour and day packages, the price will vary depending on the selected rental period.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"41\"><strong data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"39\"><span style=\"font-size: 20pt;\">\ud83d\udce1 Radar is back!<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"41\">With Radar&#8217;s comeback, you can get an alert when a car becomes available nearby, making it even easier to grab a car at the right moment. Simply tap the <strong data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1149\">Radar icon<\/strong> on the map to activate it.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 20pt;\">\ud83d\udcb0 More discounted cars<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">In the new app, you\u2019ll find <strong data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1280\">even more cars<\/strong> with a lower minute price in specific areas.
