How do I know if a parking spot is an official GreenMobility Hotspot?<\/strong>
You can recognize Hotspots by signs with the GreenMobility logo or markings showing that the spaces are reserved. If you\u2019re unsure, double-check the map or contact us.<\/p>\n

Can I always count on finding a free space at a Hotspot, or might I need to look elsewhere?<\/strong>
Hotspots are free to use, but parking spaces are not guaranteed. If a Hotspot is full, you\u2019ll be able to find another EV car-sharing space nearby or a public parking spot within the zone. Remember: parking must always be available for at least 2 hours, 24\/7.<\/p>\n

All GreenMobility Hotspots are free to use \u2013 whether they\u2019re located at Q-Park, supermarkets, offices, or other partners. Just make sure you follow the guidelines for the specific Hotspot, which you can always read about in the app by tapping on the Hotspot on the map.<\/p>\n

How does it work if I want to start a trip from a Hotspot \u2013 am I guaranteed to find a car?<\/strong>
You\u2019ll often find available cars at Hotspots since they\u2019re popular drop-off locations. Always check the app to see where the nearest available car is and reserve it in advance.<\/p>\n
