Prebook a car via the app menu “Book a car” at least 10 hours in advance. Choose the delivery time, date, and battery level for your trip.<\/span><\/p>\n

Confirm your choices in the app. You will receive a confirmation by email.<\/span><\/p>\n

Once the car has been delivered, it will be reserved for you for free for 20 minutes before the selected delivery time and for 1 hour after (at DKK 1\/minute). You will receive an SMS shortly before the car is ready.<\/span><\/p>\n
