Your guide for charging the cars
GreenMobility's electrical cars can be charged at public chargers
Electrical cars go relatively long on a fully charged battery nowadays. Sometimes you’ll need to take a car that is currently charging, or charge a car yourself. Here we’ll walk you through the simple steps so you easily can manage the charging parts. We charge the cars as often as we can.
Help the next user – and your self. You can earn free minutes when the car is below 60% battery by plugging it into a charger. The minutes will automatically be added to your account after the car is plugged in and our trip has ended. You will find all chargers in the app. See the videos below and follow the guide for charging the cars.
Charge at public charging station
Make your trip easier and find all charging stations on TankE and Stadtwerke Köln websites. Tipp: Download the apps of Stadtwerke Düsseldorf and TankE to see the maps of the charging stations.
Remember the good charging style
If you park at a charging station, it is important that you always charge the car. In that way, you help out the next user and you do not hold the charging station from other electric car users. That is good charging style.
Earn minutes when charging the car
Charge a car with 60% power left and earn free minutes. If the car has less than 60% power, you get 10 free minutes. If the car has less than 40% power, you get 15 free minutes and at less than 20% you get 20 min.
